This was a really nice place to live with affordable rates. The leasing office was always friendly and helpful, the unit is spacious, and maintenance requests are completed quickly. Definitely recommend living here!

Friendly staff and good communication with management. The loud community and somewhat expensive rent are downsides but overall good living experience

It was awesome! I enjoyed staying in a very nice apartment that was close to campus. My room was very big and the apartment had a nice lay out.

It’s a very nice apartment, they spray for bugs often and are pretty good at responding to issues! I’ve not had many major issues in my time here.

Best apartment in near campus by far! Maintenance is great too. The new security guard is really nice too! They are super helpful and keep on eye on things.

This is a great place for student living. Close to campus, lots of food and shopping options, parks nearby. The apartment itself has beautiful hardwood flooring and a great view!

Staff has been very helpful, sometimes there’s lots of trash around the area but it gets cleaned quickly. Location is great, lots of nearby things to do

Great location to UT campus. Lots of great amenities, especially having access to 2 gyms. Apartments have nice floor plans and atmospheres. Great place!
